Our client is a global leader in premium lifestyle products, specializing in apparel, accessories, home, fragrances, and hospitality. The Global Customer Insights & Experience (CIX) team is seeking a motivated data analyst to support the integration and analysis of large customer data sets, focusing on understanding customer behaviour and interactions with global brands and labels.
Responsibilities:
- Utilising the data extracted from data science teams and drawing out customer insights relating to different labels and brands.
- Design and build data extracts, manipulations, and summarisations to address customer data questions.
- Apply the best technical methodologies and approaches for analysing large data sets on SQL and Tableau.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver clear, actionable insights for global brands and labels.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of data analyst experience, ideally from a consulting background.
- Experience with large transactional and behavioural data sources.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Dataiku, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
