To lead this transformative initiative, we are seeking a Lead Developer & Implementation Specialist with expertise in the Microsoft technology stack to design, build, and deploy AI conversational agents for corporate websites and candidate screening processes.
The Role
As the Senior Developer & Solutions Architect – Microsoft Copilot Studio, you will be at the forefront of our AI implementation journey, leveraging Microsoft technologies to create sophisticated, conversational AI agents. These agents will enhance the experience for candidates and clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient screening. Reporting to the Director of Technology, you will have the opportunity to shape this cutting-edge project from inception to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI conversational agents for corporate websites, Intranets, CRM, MS Teams and candidate screening workflows etc.
- Utilise Microsoft tools, including Copilot Studio Power Automate, SQL, and Microsoft Co-Pilot, to build intelligent and scalable solutions.
- Lead the integration of AI-driven solutions into existing recruitment systems and ensure compatibility across all six Phaidon brands.
- Train conversational AI agents to handle client and candidate queries with accuracy while ensuring human oversight and explainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, use cases, and deployment strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Establish best practices for AI deployment, including monitoring, error detection, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all implementations comply with regulatory requirements, including data security and privacy standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI systems, with a focus on conversational agents.
- Microsoft Stack Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Co-Pilot, Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Azure-based solutions.
- AI Development: Hands-on experience with training and deploying conversational AI systems, including integration into websites and backend systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills for working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Leadership: Ability to take ownership of projects and mentor junior team members when required.
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment workflows and technologies is advantageous but not mandatory.
