Squirro delivers an Adaptive Search & Smart Filtering solution, which collates and analyses data across multiple systems both internal and external to the company. As the data is being collated it learns from this whilst monitoring and identifying information and patterns that normally we would miss. We are using the Squirro Adaptive Search & Smart Filtering solution to provide 2 complete solutions; one for improving ITSM, Service Insights and one for improving the customer engagement, Customer Insights.

Service Insights
Collecting and analysing across multiple sources including: Service Desks, CMDB's, Internal Chat and from external feeds to give a complete real-time picture of the entire ITSM landscape, what is happening now, reviewing that with what has happened in the past to help identify what will happen in the future.  
In summary being able to help your operations staff run your production environment more efficiently with less outages and taking less time to resolve them.

Customer Insights:
Bringing all the relevant customer information from internal systems including scanned documents, emails including attachments and external sources such as: the web including Twitter and news feeds into a central point often straight into your CRM enabling you to.
In summary the client executive can have a more informed conversation with the client giving a better service and ideally driving more sales.
