Open Analytics Cyber Summit

Location: Washington, DC, United States
Date: October 7, 2014 12:00 amfloq.to/2qBcf

The Open Analytics Cyber Summit is a one-day event taking place in the Washington, DC area on October 7th, 2014. These Open Analytics Summits are hosted by IKANOW and are popular events for CxOs to Analysts. This particular event will be for individuals with an interest in cyber and information security and we expect a large attendance from CISOs to cyber analysts. We have a great lineup of speakers from Symantec, US Army, DHS, Air Force, AOL, The Truman Project, and others.

The formats of these events are similar to TED talks where presenters have anywhere from 10-25 minutes to present and a short time of Q&A after each talk or panel discussion. Average attendance is around 175 with the majority being senior level individuals from larger organizations.

This will be the second Open Analytics Summit in the DC area with the first taking place in Arlington, VA in March 2013. This Open Analytics Summit brought around 160 data scientists, product managers, CTOs, Directors, and PMs together for a full day of networking and learning about open source technologies and processes and big data analytics. Other summits have taken place in Chicago and New York and have been huge hits.

This will be the first Open Analytics Summit focused on cyber and we expect 175+ attendees. Early bird registration ends August 22nd, so register soon to guarantee your spot! 50% discounts are available for industry registrations while Military / Government personnel only pay $25.
