Software Engineer – Global Multi-Strat Investment Firm
(up to 300k TC)
I'm looking to speak with Python Developers interested in joining a global multi-strat investment firm that are undergoing numerous mass scale greenfield development projects.
Overview
My client have lead the way for the past 35 years across various assets and geographies, managing over 70 Billion Aum and processing 12 million trades a day. They are constantly scaling, being a top 3 performer this year across multiple markets and gaining a 35% increase for their London presence this year alone.
Im looking to speak with Python Software Engineers to play a key role in the development of a fully greenfield macro data platform, built on state of the art technology to ingest data at petabyte scale. This project has the most funding out of the entire firm.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale mass data processing systems in Python
- Build the infrastructure required for ETL
- Work closely with some of the top researchers and traders in the world to develop frameworks and analytics tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of object-orientated programming in Python
- 3+ years of experience working in a financial/ trading environment, front office preferred.
