Software Engineer (Rust/Go) – High Performance Data Infrastructure – UAE

A bold, yet true claim from a trading firm based in the UAE who are scaling an engineering team whhich will be building high-performance data infrastructure from the ground up using Rust/Go.
These data sets are incorporated into live trading models by Quantitative Researchers, who are in the fortunate position of having the budget for them signed off, almost immediately.

You will be responsible for:
- Building a scalable and reliable high performance data platforms to support efficient data processing and analysis using Rust or Go
- Creating and maintaining robust systems that handle large volumes of data which scale with business requirements
- Collaborate with Quantitative Researchers to ensure successful integration of new data sources into their trading and risk models
The team is looking for SWEs with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- Prior experience building high-throughput infrastructure using a statically typed programming language
- Knowledge of using technologies like Kafka for real-time data streaming
