SR2 are currently looking for a highly motivated Lead Data Scientist for a B2B start-up organisation in London.
Location: Central London (2 days a week onsite).
Salary: 80,000 – 100,000 (dependant on experience).
Ideal background:
- 5+ years in a Data Science position.
- Deep understanding of Recommendation Systems.
- Experience with building and optimising data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Proficient using Python and SQL.
- Good experience with ML models.
- Experience working across the cloud (Azure, AWS and/or GCP).
- Ability to work on messy, complex real-world data challenges.
- Be an individual contributor / hands-on with the tech, but also help to scale the team from zero to five.
- Experience working at a start-up company or a strong preference for work in a growing, fast paced environment.
- And, most importantly, someone with a great personality who has a real passion for Data Science. Ambition is key!
As the company’s first Data Scientist, you will take complete ownership of their technology, and have your ideas listened to from day one. They are looking to grow the team from zero to five over the next 6-8 months!
