My client is looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to join a well-established SaaS company to help them manage Azure-based cloud services and deliver DevOps practices. You’ll be working in a small Cloud team where you'll receive plenty of 1-to-1 training and work on further establishing the company's DevOps engineering department.
You’ll be working on a broad range of cloud-focused projects and work with the senior management team to develop new solutions. The team can offer the flexibility to regularly work from home 3 days a week.
Essential skills and technologies
- 2 years’ cloud experience in an Azure cloud environment
- Microsoft background, ideally with some experience of writing code (C# or similar)
- Following set Deployment, Development and Operations processes
- Implementing CI/CD processes
- Experience working with Azure DevOps
- Database administration (SQL)
Desirable skills and technologies
- Creation and maintainence of CI/CD Pipelines or similar is highly desirable
- Container orchestration using Kubernetes
- Experience with Docker or similar
- An understanding of Agile, SCRUM
- Degree level education in an IT related topic
The company are able to offer a hybrid approach to remote working. Applicants must be able to get to their offices on a weekly basis and be UK based.
