Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Specialist Data Science Technician with expertise in Microsoft Co-Pilot AI tools. This role involves working on high-profile, client-specific projects within secure environments, applying Microsoft Co-Pilot's AI capabilities to optimise workflows, automate tasks, and drive efficiency. The successful candidate will be deployed to client spaces, helping integrate and leverage Microsoft’s Co-Pilot AI tools to automate key processes, streamline operations, and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Co-Pilot Integration: Leverage Microsoft Co-Pilot AI tools to improve business workflows, including automating repetitive tasks, enhancing productivity, and optimizing decision-making processes.
- AI-Powered Workflow Automation: Implement AI-driven solutions to automate manual tasks, streamline internal processes, and drive operational efficiencies within client organisations. Work with various data sources to integrate Co-Pilot with existing systems.
- Data Science & Analytics: Apply machine learning and data science techniques to analyze client data and produce actionable insights. Use Microsoft AI tools to build and deploy predictive models and other data-driven solutions.
- Collaborative Solutions Delivery: Collaborate with client teams to understand their operational needs, define automation opportunities, and integrate AI-driven tools into workflows, enhancing overall business performance.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve any technical challenges or integration issues with Co-Pilot tools to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing operation.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide training sessions for clients, enabling them to fully leverage Microsoft Co-Pilot AI tools. Share knowledge on the AI tools, best practices, and usage within their operational context.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Microsoft Co-Pilot Expertise: Proven experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot AI tools, including Office 365 Co-Pilot and other Microsoft AI integrations. Strong understanding of how Co-Pilot enhances productivity and workflow management.
- AI & Machine Learning Knowledge: Solid experience with AI and machine learning techniques, especially those used for business process automation, data analysis, and predictive modeling. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Integration & Automation: Proven experience in integrating AI tools into existing business systems, automating workflows, and using AI to enhance operational efficiency.
- Qualifications:
- A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (desirable)
- SC Clearance or the ability to gain clearance (essential for certain client projects).
