Role
‘ Develop, implement, and optimize data models in BigQuery to support business reporting and analysis
‘ Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, ensuring they are intuitive and accurate
‘ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications
‘ Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategies and decision-making
‘ Provide technical expertise in business intelligence best practices
‘ Conduct data quality assessments and implement data governance standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data
‘ Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues with data models and dashboards, optimising queries and data processes
‘ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in BigQuery, Looker Studio and other relevant technologies
‘ Train and support end-users in accessing and utilising BI tools effectively
Requirements:
‘ 3+ years’ experience in data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence
‘ Degree ideally in Mathematics, Economics or related quantitative field
‘ Strong SQL skills, expertise writing complex SQL queries
‘ Extensive experience building dashboards in Looker Studio and BigQuery,
‘ ‘Do-er’ and a team mentality personality
Desirable:
‘ Any programming knowledge of R, Python or other
‘ Tableau and Power BI experience
‘ Some Data Ops / DevOps
