ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization in the Charlotte, NC for a contract Business Data Analyst to assist their team. Will be onsite but could start REMOTE.

Required Skills
- Expert Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving and Innovative thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both to technical and non-technical audience).
- Exposure to Financial domain knowledge and/or Wholesale Loans knowledge.
- Ability to connect the dots across various applications and business.
- Experience with query tools to aid the data analysis – Strong PL/SQL skills – Ability to write and analyze complex queries, stored procedures.
- Experience working in Agile/ scrum teams for Prioritization of work and resource assignments.
- Ability to provide Leadership and guidance to team and mentor as required.
- Good to have exposure to Hadoop.
- Experience in Oracle Exadata or 10g and above.
Desired Skills:
- Strong business knowledge with Wholesale Credit products & Client Onboarding / KYC.
