Job Description
- You will contribute to the whole platform from the BE to ML infra to building pipelines to indexing large scale data and finetuning LLMs to contributing to the FE.
- Problem solver: You are a thoughtful problem solver with a proven track record of building world class software (2+ years of experience).
- You own your product: You approach problems holistically, think critically about the value add of what you are building and the implications of your technical decisions on the product, user and technical architecture. You take pride in the value of the product you build, its maintainability and the quality of your code.
- You are self sufficient: You are self sufficient and are comfortable with ambiguity and with managing your own goals.
Bonus points if
- You have experience deploying production AI applications and are familiar with reranking and fine tuning strategies
- You have experience in building large scale content indexing systems
- You have experience with building large scale information retrieval systems
