A FinTech is looking for a Python Developer. You'll be joining the founding team; 2 co-founders and a Product Manager.
The Role:
- Develop browser extensions and desktop applications. Windows and MacOS for our core user interfaces and internal tools.
- Create web applications for AI agent audits, data visualisation, and model performance validation, leveraging existing open-source solutions where possible.
- Design and implement robust pipelines for AI models, optimising for reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, defensible, and scalable code with a high bar for quality.
- Thoughtful about edge cases (‘anything that can go wrong will go wrong ).
Experience:
- Strong in Python or Java.
- Some React.
- 5+ years experience.
- Built products 0-1.
- Hands on coding.
- Will transition into a tech lead role when the team is built out.
