Incoming DACH opportunity for fluent-level German speakers passionate about technology, to join in a position that bridges the gap between Sales, Technical Support, Client Success and Pre-Sales Consulting.
As a DACH Solutions Architect, you will contribute to B2B Client Success facing the markets of the DACH regions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support prospective clients by performing technical discovery qualifications, providing architectural recommendations, delivering product demonstrations and POCs, and troubleshooting technical configurations.
In this role, you will spearhead the technical aspect of the sales process, examining B2B customer data to generate valuable summary reports and working in close partnership with the product team. You will proactively identify and resolve potential issues during the trial phase, acting as a reliable consultant for both external and internal stakeholders.
Requiring 2-5 years’ experience in a position facing internal and external stakeholders, or similar Sales or B2B Technical Support Position using the German language. The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of Paid Search and Pay-Per- Click (PPC) advertising, as well experience using Google Analytics.
Spoken and Written German at a fluent-level is obligatory for this position.
