WeDoData are working closely with a reputable Multi-Academy Trust based in Bristol and the surrounding areas who are looking for a Trust Data & Systems Development Manager. My client is able to offer this post on a hybrid OR remote basis with some work and meetings being carried out in the offices in and around Bristol but plenty of scope to do large parts of the role remotely and/or across different sites.
The role reports directly to the Head of Data & Analytics who line manages the whole Data function, trust wide. There is no team management involved for this post at this point, it is a very hands-on/technical role. Strong Power BI skills are essential.
The requirements include:
- Assistance in implementing data consistency across the Trust
- Design and development of data solutions for data analytics and insights
- Advanced Power BI skills (building systems and Power BI architecture)
- Expert Excel skills (writing incredibly good Excel programmes with lots of VBA)
- Data reporting and visualisation
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based services
- Excellent communication skills
The following would be highly advantageous:
- Relevant experience working in a school setting
- Experience in a similar role in a multi-site environment
- Knowledge of educational technology platforms
- Driving licence with own vehicle
