A new contender in the world of smart eyewear are the Razer Anzu glasses. Just as with other brands Razer is carving out its niche by relying on it’s knowledge in gaming peripherals as a big influence on the Anzu glasses.
What do the Razer Anzu glasses do?
The pairing of glasses and bluetooth technology may seem like something that isn’t that far fetched anymore, but Razer is using their expertise to magnify user experience.
Although the Anzu glasses can technically be referred to as smart eyewear, it is better described as a pair of audio glasses. The glasses may not project images in the lenses like a pair of augmented reality headset, but they are designed for outdoor use and provide a variety of other features.

The Fit and Design of the Anzu Glasses
Just as though you would when trying on a traditional pair of glasses, the fit and design were at the forefront of consideration by Razer when creating the Anzu. How can a pair of smart glasses thrive, if people don’t feel comfortable wearing them?
With glasses the style and fit is very subjective and personal, so Razer have tried to create a simple design that can account to people’s tastes. The stems of the glasses themselves- the part that rests on the ear, are a little bit thicker than most traditional glasses frame stems, however are more tactile and compact than other smart glasses on the market. This is done in order to make the internal speaker more effective and align with the user’s ear.
The Anzu glasses in particular come in two design options. Either in a round design or a more rectangular design, as well as in small/medium and large.
