We are searching for a Sr Reporting Analytics to join our experienced team. This role primarily performs report development around customer service reporting, requirements gathering, testing and maintenance. The main report development tools are Tableau and SSRS. The main customer service applications are NICE and GeneSys. The team develops and supports reporting and analytics for internal and external stakeholders.

Primary responsibilities:
- Performs duties to develop and support reporting during migration of customer service environment to NICE/GeneSys environment
- Performs data analysis, report development, requirements gathering, testing and maintenance as needed
- Interacts with developers, leaders, internal and external customers,and other stakeholders to ensure delivery
- Proactively updates leaders on status, next steps, recommendations, and risks
- Identifies opportunities to improve and standardize processes and technology

Required qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience with report development in Tableau or SSRS
- 2+ years of experience with GeneSys application
- Experience with NICE application
- Experience in healthcare industry
- Experience with requirements gathering and/or testing
- United States Citizenship
- Ability to obtain favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense eQuip Form SF86

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The Salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The Salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
