ResMed SaaS is looking for an innovative and driven Software Engineer responsible for helping support our Interoperability Platform Team. In this role you will help ensure that our solutions meet the highest quality standards we promise to deliver to our customers.
In this role, you will be a key member of a Team dedicated to deliver integration solutions, including development, runtime, and operations, with the primary goal of making interoperability within a high performance, large scale distributed system simple and easy. MatrixCare is the industry leader in Out-Of-Hospital Healthcare Software and a part of the ResMed Global SaaS business.

Analyze requirements, collaborate with architects and senior engineers to produce thoughtful software designs of large scope and high complexity

Learn the system architecture of key integrations, configurations and upstream/downstream impacts in each workflow

Stay current on modern technologies and innovations which can further enhance and improve the MatrixCare interoperability solution

Facilitate a culture of high standards and attention to detail, with clear accountabilities, ownership, teamwork and personal learning.

Be part of an on-call support rotation

Follow and support corporate security policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to this role. Maintain customer and corporate privacy standards as outlined by HIPAA

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in designing and building software applications
-
2+ year of experience in Health IT is preferred
-
2 years of experience in an Integration Platform/Middleware context is preferred

Experience with NET, C#, Azure, SQL, Visual Studio, Microsoft technologies
-
Experience with REST API and SOAP, SQL Server, JSON & XML structures & schemas
-
Experience with Cloud environment like Azure or AWS

Willing to work independently, manage priorities on multiple tasks, solve complex problems and assist the Team with troubleshooting issues and bugs

Experience with Sensitive Data Environments (PCI, HIPAA, etc.)

Proven ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams

Ability to exhibit desirable and appropriate behavior including integrity, ability to get along with others, supportive communication, sense of urgency for a cohesive working environment dedicated to achieving the organization's goals.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Base Pay Range for this position:
$34,000.00 – $52,000.00
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
