Our Software Engineers work on a broad range of projects, from web development through to massive enterprise level systems all with the end goal of helping protect the UK from Cyber-attack.
Working as part of small Agile teams we use a variety of technologies to accomplish our goals, aiming to always pick the best tool for the job.
At current this includes:
–A range of coding languages;TypeScript / JavaScript, Java, Python and some C#
–Numerous Frameworks/ Libraries;Node, React, Spring & .Net
–CI / CD tools;Jenkins, Circle CI, Docker (for containerisation), Kubernetes (for orchestration of these containers)
–Cloud platforms;Namely AWS, but also some Azure
Dont worry if you dont have experience in all of the above (to be honest we really wouldnt expect you to!) We are happy to train and develop any gaps in knowledge providing you are willing to learn and have some commercial experience in Software Engineering.
In return we will offer you;
-A Hybrid working schedule our teams typically attend the office a couple of times a fortnight for collaboration and team meeting, this may increase should you decide to work on more highly secure projects.
