Design, Development, and Testing of Cloud Native Services/Microservices using Java/Scala, GraphQL
Interpreting requirements into application design
Agile development through collaborating with Business, Product, and QA
Ensuring the quality, architecture, and accuracy of released code
Be an individual contributor (very hands-on) as well as able to guide and mentor team members
CI/CD integration with Jenkins, Github
Familiar with Monitoring/Logging tools such as Splunk and DataDog
You have unit testing experience (prefer Scalatest/Mockito/ScalaCheck)
Understanding client strategy and business objectives
Ensuring on schedule, on budget, on scope delivery within client quality goals
As solutions are proposed, present cost impact analysis to our operating budget

5+ years of real industry experience
Experience integrating with third party APIs, and the ability to understand them in multiple formats

Commercial experience with distributed, high-performance systems
Background in statically typed compiled languages e.g. Java, C/C++, etc
Willingness to learn Scala
BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or the equivalent experience
Experience with AWS EC2
Experience with Scala
Experience with cloud-based services and hosting
Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration
Experience with SQL, Document, or Key Value databases
Experience with production monitoring and support
Experience with MongoDB

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
