Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop new and / or enhance existing application or system code as assigned or provided in technical specifications
- Perform day to day functions such as running of existing programs, applications, jobs, reviewing logs for errors, writing or editing software and code, performing testing activities, and updating documentation
- Coordinate activities with and provide assistance to other technical and functional areas as required
- Work may include sensitive healthcare information, data, trends, or claims
- Develop and maintain routing applications for Voice and Multi-Channel using Genesys products including Composer, Orchestration Server, Rules Engine, and Universal Routing Server
- Review existing Genesys Routing applications developed in Composer and update workflows to meet new requirements
- Make quality contributions to a shared codebase with an emphasis on writing readable and reusable code
- Troubleshoot Production issues using Splunk and develop bugfixes where needed
- Work with others within and outside your team to share your technical expertise and expand your knowledge
- Perform other administrative activities in support of contact center applications development and support

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience developing ECMAScript or JavaScript or Node
- 3+ years of routing development experience in contact center solutions (Voice, IVR and Multi-channel)
- Experience with Restful Web services
- Experience with Git
- Experience in developing routing workflows using Composer
- Experience in designing, developing, and debugging routing solutions implemented using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine and URS
- Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call
- Knowledgeable with Testing Process and Methodologies
- Solid knowledge and experience on SDLC and Break Fix process
- Working knowledge of Genesys framework, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components
Preferred Qualifications:
- Genesys certification in routing
- Experience in Java / J2EE, SOAP
- Experience on build automation tools such as Jenkins to support CI / CD approach
- Experience using Cyara for call flow automation testing
- Experience using Splunk for log file analysis
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and/or Rally
- Clear understanding of reporting (GIM / ICON) schema and impacts to reporting with respect to routing changes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
