Senior Data Engineer
London based, Hybrid (3 days in office)
60,000 – 75,000 + package
AI Connect have partnered with a well-regarded, multiple award winning marketing partner who are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to kick-start the development of their new data strategy. You will be driving their data migration, then developing a Looker platform which will empower the use of analytics dashboards across the wider business.
You will be working with large volumes of data coming from various sources, but mainly from marketing teams in various clients data around the world. They are open on cloud exposure, and whilst their platform is hosted on GCP, we’re completely open to someone applying from an AWS or Azure background.
The current data migration is from Salesforce & Datorama to Adverity & Looker, so any experience with these technologies would be highly beneficial. Once you settle into this position, the business will be looking to hire Data Engineers to work alongside you and speed up the execution of the data startegy.
The core skillset:
- Python/SQL for building scalable & robust data pipelines & manipulating data
- Experience with Looker or other vizualisation tools (Tableau, Google Analytics etc)
- Demonstrable cloud experience developing in GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Adverity for ETL pipelines and management
- Proven level of SQL expertise for data modelling and data transformations
