Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced AI algorithms, with a focus on cutting-edge AI/ML techniques
- Define and deliver the AI/ML strategy and roadmap for the organisation, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and future industry trends
- Discover and develop opportunities with colleagues to turn business needs into well-defined AI/ML problems
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and research to keep the company on the cutting edge of AI technologies.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI research and technology
- Communicate complex AI/ML concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and SQL
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial machine learning products
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
