This is a brilliant opportunity to join a financially backed start-up who are building an intelligent and innovative marketing automation tool, that helps businesses communicate with their employees. They have recently finished a round of funding in the US and are on track to complete their series A of funding at £20+ million.
They are founded by successful Silicon Valley/UK SaaS entrepreneurs who've previously raised investment with multiple global technical leaders and other SV luminaries before exiting prior ventures. You will be joining this pioneering start-up at an early stage so will have creative license to drive the technical vision for the company that you see best. You will join their team of 10 which they are looking to increase with 10 new developers over the next 12 months.
Key skills needed:
- An experience technical leader who is hands on in Python, Node, Next.js and AWS, you will be expected to code in the early stages.
- Someone who has a strong technical background and experience in application development and writing production ready code.
- Helping drive the technical roadmap for the company and have a genuine interest in technology and problem solving.
- Someone who can lead and contribute to senior level technology decisions.
- Experience building out and leading an engineering team.
- Someone who is excited to be part of a start-up and work in the early stages of a company.
