I have partnered with a Fintech banking business that has the aim to remove the stress and social awkwardness that money creates and improve people's relationship with money for good.
The Role:
- Ensure best practice software engineering and system design patterns by working directly with your teams
- Providing strategic and design expertise, working directly with the CTO to effectively scale our platform
- Influencing organisation structure and supporting the technical vision and strategy
- The opportunity to collaborate and have a meaningful impact across the wider engineering function, whilst scaling high-performing engineering teams.
About you:
- Experienced leading engineering teams whilst providing a supportive environment.
- Whilst this role does not require you to be hands-on you will be expected to know what good code looks like and hold others to account
- 5+ years of total engineering experience
- Experienced influencing with the ability to build strong, close working relationships with senior-level stakeholders
