THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with a Healthcare start-up that is using its funding to expand its Data Science and Machine Learning team. The company wants to welcome a Graph Research Scientist, who is keen to carry out life-changing work within the Healthcare industry.
In this role, you will be working alongside the Chief Data Scientist and CEO analysing a large amounts of video data to produce graph models, helping to diagnose diseases, and working with pharmaceutical companies to provide successive treatments.
THE ROLE
As a Graph Research Scientist, you will be:
- Working on fast-paced research projects
- Analysing 3D data regularly
- Building and working with graph-based models.
- Presenting findings to clients which will influence decisions made throughout the healthcare industry
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- MSc or PhD. in a relevant subject
- High level of experience with Graph Models (Markov Models/Hierarchical Graph Models)
- Tech: Python, Deep Learning (PyTorch or TensorFlow), AWS
- Experience with 3D reconstruction is desirable
- Strong research background
