We’re seeking a pioneering Founding Engineer (Full Stack) to join our Seed stage startup. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the technical foundations of our company. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying full-stack solutions that propel our business forward. Collaborating closely with the co-founders and senior leadership, you will define the technological direction and create scalable, high-performance products. You will also play a key role in cultivating an engineering culture rooted in our core values.
Curvo is redefining how sales teams win deals with real-time, in-call coaching. Our platform analyses live sales conversations to provide actionable guidance during meetings, helping reps navigate tough questions, uncover critical information, and keep deals on track. By combining cutting-edge AI with proven sales frameworks, Curvo transforms how sales reps interact with buyers, ensuring every call is strategic and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable full-stack applications from scratch.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain code across the stack, including frontend interfaces and backend services.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Lead code reviews and drive best practices across the engineering team.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proven experience as a lead or founding engineer in a startup environment is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Prior experience in GenAI and LLM-based application development using frameworks like LangChain is a big plus.

- Frontend Technologies: JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML/CSS
- Backend Technologies: Node.js, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases (MariaDB preferred)
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Docker Compose, CI/CD pipelines
- Version Control: Git
- Additional Tools & Frameworks: Python (good to have), Temporal (great to have)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
