Role Overview:
As the DevOps Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s DevOps practices, infrastructure, and automation strategies. Leading a growing team, you will play a key role in managing the deployment pipeline, ensuring systems are highly available, secure, and scalable, and driving continuous improvement within the organization’s cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of DevOps professionals, promoting best practices and a collaborative culture.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure solutions (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, driving automation across the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and optimize system performance.
- Implement and enforce security protocols and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve the DevOps processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, providing timely solutions and maintaining system uptime.
- Ensure infrastructure is built with resilience, scalability, and cost-efficiency in mind.

What they're looking for?
- Strong experience in DevOps, with a proven track record in managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Experience in the financial services or other highly regulated industries is desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work in a fully remote environment.
- Proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
