DevOps Engineer
Role: DevOps Developer
Location: Manchester/Remote
Salary: 80,000 – 100,000
Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech company in Manchester, is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the company's infrastructure and continuous delivery pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and automation tools to support the company's software development and deployment process
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration between the development, testing, and production environments
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the company's systems and applications
- Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices in DevOps to continually improve processes
Experience needed:
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Bash
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
