Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team, not just alongside one. Good practical experience with Azure and a strong belief in the value of continuous delivery and real knowledge in this area. You should understand how to design infrastructure and build & deployment pipelines and be keen to provide technical leadership around these things to all members of the team. If you have some experience of Power Platform that would be really helpful but not essential.
You may have a degree or you may have some relevant technical certifications. Whats more important to us is a pattern of continuous professional development over the course of your career that shows commitment to learning and growth.
If you dont have all of the above, but you are interested in talking to us, we would still love to hear from you.
