The arms race for data continues with the NSA building the largest data centre in the world. Experts say that the data centre is capable of holding up to a yottabyte of data. That is 1 trillion terabyte of data or compared to a 16 gigabyte iPhone, the facility can store the data of 64 trillion iPhones. Laid end-to-end, that amount of iPhones could stretch to the moon and back for over 10.000 times.
Later, anchor Mike Walter and Michael Wildes, former U.S. prosecutor, discuss the issue of government surveillance in the US and whether there is enough oversight as well as the Snowdens case.
