Serendio has developed the big data platform DisKoveror that empowers organisations to collect, store, discover, analyse and visualize seemingly unrelated data and find relationships buried within massive amounts of data. The platform is cloud-based and built on top of Hadoop, No-SQL and SQL technologies. The platform can help organisations understand the sentiment in the market using the patent-pending algorithm. It helps organisations to understand the voice of the customer in social networks, to target ads more specifically, or even find anomalies in datasets to detect fraudulent actions.
The mission of Serendio is to help every company transform itself into a data-driven organisation. In order to achieve this they have gathered a broad range of big data techniques such as machine learning, text mining, sentiment analysis, social media analytics, semantic analysis and predictive science. At the moment they operate in the retail, insurance, media, education and healthcare industry.
In 2010 they released their Customer Experience Analytics (CxA) solution to the market. This tool is built on top of their DisKoveror platform and was released as a SaaS-solution.
