Informly is an all-included analytics platform for Small and Medium sized companies who know that it is important to monitor all kinds of statistics, but who do not want to spend a lot of time every day visiting those website. With Informly it is possible to connect different tools for a complete overview of how your business in running.
At the moment Informly includes 12 tools: Google Analytics, AdSense, Google Search Position, Pingdom, SiteUptime, AWeber, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Xero, PayPal, Klout, Post Impact and FreshBooks.
Especially big businesses have the time and money to monitor many different analytical tools, use expensive cloud solutions or create their own dashboard. SMEs do not have this option and Informly provides a good alternative. The dashboard of Informly shows in one overview the most important aspects of your business. You can see long-term trends by using the monthly view were each month is color-coded. This helps users to get a better understanding and holistic overview. Users get 6 charts for free and pay $ 9 per month for up to 20 charts.
Informly has chosen a different approach to big data by making big data available to SMEs. This is a good approach, as more and more SMEs will see the value in big data analytics. Research has shown after all, that businesses using big data analytics are doing better than their competition. The advantage of targeting SMEs, is that most of the time they are not restricted by an old IT infrastructure and they have less strict guidelines. They can also pivot easier if necessary and try out new solutions.
At the moment Informly is open to the public and singing-up is done in a minute. Also adding the different analytical tools is very simple as it uses the API of different platforms. Informly uses strict security measures to protect the user.
Informly is an Australian based Big Data Startup and at the moment it is still self-funded. Founder Dan Norris sold a previous company and he uses the funding to start Informly, although he is seeking investors. Informly does not have any patents (pending) neither any awards yet. Big Data Startups does believe in the product offered and we hope that more platforms will be added in the future. The SME market is huge and the companies will also understand that a good understanding of their business using analytics is necessary to stay ahead of the competition. However, funding will be necessary to achieve a large market share as well as adding more platforms. Therefore, BigData-Startups gives Informly a 4 bits rating.
