As CEO and founder of LatentView, Venkat is the driving force and visionary behind LatentView. He has helped several Fortune 500 clients leverage an India-based offshore services delivery model in the financial services and telecom sectors for over a decade. He has over 18 years of experience in management consulting, technology and global IT services management. Before he founded LatentView, Venkat was part of the global leadership team for Cognizant’s Communications practice, where he was in charge of strategy and business development and worked closely with field sales teams in winning key global service provider clients and growing the business to the $20m milestone. When he’s not thinking about big data and analytics, Venkat indulges his passion for technological gadgets. His latest possession is a Squeezebox wireless radio that streams music and news from around the world. He is also a value investor in the public markets. Venkat has written thought-leadership articles for several publications - including Quartz, Data Informed and All Analytics.
