As a software developer I was often confronted with the problems of bad data quality in (CRM) databases. So I started developing tools and products to improve data quality that can be integrated into web forms, CRM or ERP systems. The impact of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the data quality subject (see Article of the GDPR) must be taken into account to understand the implications for companies all over Europe. Additionally I act as evangelist for the principles of "privacy by design" because in my opinion this paradigm shift can lead to a sustainable success factor for companies when done properly.
