Datafloq AI Score: 66.67

Datafloq enables anyone to contribute articles, but we value high-quality content. This means that we do not accept SEO link building content, spammy articles, clickbait, articles written by bots and especially not misinformation. Therefore, we have developed an AI, built using multiple built open-source and proprietary tools to instantly define whether an article is written by a human or a bot and determine the level of bias, objectivity, whether it is fact-based or not, sentiment and overall quality.

Articles published on Datafloq need to have a minimum AI score of 60% and we provide this graph to give more detailed information on how we rate this article. Please note that this is a work in progress and if you have any suggestions, feel free to contact us.

Website Zoomdata

Zoomdata was launched in the Appstore in February 2013 in Beta. Users that have connected their data will have a birds-eye view of all of their data on their iPad. Users can connect Enterprise Systems, Cloud systems, Social Media, Hadoop and HDFS, other databases, email, etc. All sources can be connected via APIs, SFTP or email. Zoomdata supports real-time capturing and processing of the data and it leverages the intuitiveness of tablets. Users can easily swipe, pinch, zoom-in or zoom-out, drag-and-drop, rotate or do whatever is necessary to gain a better understanding of the data. All via the iPad in a simple to use interface.

In order to understand the data over time, users can pause, rewind, fast forward and view historical data streams. When even more perspective is needed, users can compare real-time data with those historical data streams. When an interesting visualization is created, users can share it with colleagues who can also manipulate the chosen visualization.

Founder and CEO Justin Langseth, who graduated from MIT, explains in a blog that their goal is to give everyone access to real-time data in a simple way. This is becoming a reality, and people should be excited about getting access to insights they never had before. He founded the company in November 2012 and since then the company has grown rapidly. Currently Zoomdata employs 15 engineers, analysts and other team members. Zoomdata was initially developed by Augaroo and when they launched in November 2012, they received $ 1.1 million in seed funding.

Zoomdata is definitely on the right track and if they manage to expand their business to other mobile devices, while keeping the intuitive and simple interface that gives so many insights, they are a company to watch in the future. Their mobile visualization tools allow companies to do things with data that was until now not possible, or at least very difficult. In 2013 Zoomdata was a finalist in the SXSW Accelerator program. Their solution for real-time big data visualizations is great and therefore we give them a 7 bits rating.
