This course provides a foundation in cloud computing and Amazon Web Services (AWS), helping learners understand how to build and manage cloud-based infrastructure. Participants will explore cloud computing concepts, service models, deployment approaches, and the benefits of AWS. The course progresses to AWS account setup and management, Amazon EC2 instance types, purchasing options, Linux instance deployment, and Auto Scaling. Learners will also explore serverless computing with AWS Lambda, load balancing with Elastic Load Balancing, and networking fundamentals using Amazon VPC, subnets, CIDR addressing, security groups, and network ACLs. Organized into three modules, the course combines conceptual explanations with practical demonstrations to help learners develop foundational knowledge of AWS compute and networking services.
**Module 1:** Cloud Computing Essentials and AWS Introduction **Module 2:** AWS Console and Amazon EC2 Fundamentals **Module 3:** Serverless Computing, Load Balancing and Network Security At the end of the course, learners will be able to: – Understand cloud computing concepts, models, and AWS benefits. – Navigate the AWS Management Console and understand Amazon EC2. – Launch Linux EC2 instances and understand Auto Scaling. – Explore AWS Lambda and Elastic Load Balancing. – Understand VPC networking, subnets, CIDR, security groups, and network ACLs.
