The Stakeholder Company was founded in 2011 by a former Microsoft lead and is a Singaporean Big Data startup. Current clients come from all over the world and include companies such as HP, Nokia Siemens and Syngenta.
As they state on their website, The Stakeholder Company uses patented “issue mapping and visualization software combining social network theory algorithms, crawlers, analysis engines and visualization modules.” They combine all this information with content from the blogs and comments on social networks that pinpoint the most influential people for a company. Their algorithms crawl the internet and discovers relationships that are very relevant for organisations.
Properly addressing these influencers can have a big impact on how a company is perceived. Knowing who your influencers are, is actually a must-have nowadays for organisations.
