This information then can be used in gauging leadership qualities, critical thinking skills, and other soft and hard skills that would be instrumental in distinguishing mediocre talent from an outstanding talent. Furthermore, it makes it easier to get the right employee for the right position. This can be important to an organization that hires many employees annually. It gives different avenues of identifying and optimizing employee’s capabilities.

HR can also use big data to make and improve efficiency in decision making. Data helps in making smart economic decisions. Use of big data helps to track and improve employee progress and how the communicate. HR can track and maintain remarkable talents in an organization.

By using predictive analytic, an employer can oversee any problem that one will face in future thus handling potential challenges proactively. It is easy to get more information other than what the potential employee is providing. Assessing employee’s performance, and economic indicators for more statistical data.
