It is the output of a long R&D process focussing on machine learning & information extraction. It was founded in 2013 by Burc Tanir, Selcuk Gerger, Ahmet Sulek and Samet Atdag. Currently they have 15 customers ranging from Consumer electronics retailers, design retailers to cosmetics retailers.

It is still a small big data startup that, although open to public, needs to grow to have more impact and with beta testing on Shopify this could happen in the future. With the growing global ecommerce ecosystem, a competitive-pricing-analytics-tool can be very valuable for ecommerce website to better price their product, which in the end will benefit the consumers.
