The product that Mo-Data offers is the right infrastructure for Enterprise Data Mining Operations that will deliver Big Data applications for end-users within the company. These applications will give valuable insights.
The team members of MoData understand how Big Data implementations work and they understand the data landscape. Working with a variety of technologies, tools and languages they can help customers create insights. Technologies such as Tableau, Amazon RedShift, Informatica, MySQl etc. They have developed an extensive library of data cleaning and ETL tools. This will ensure that the data will be prepared correctly and can be handled in large volumes and high speed.
The Big Data startup was founded in 2010 by Gam Dias (ex. Oracle, ex-Hyperion, ex-Aviva Head of Data Strategy), To Kim (ex Sun Microsystems) and Amit Tewari (ex-HP Autonomy, ex-Zantaz). In 2012 they were named Gartner Cool Vendor in BI and Analytics and they have one patent on semantic matching. Currently they have five customers and they serve the following industries: Utilities, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods and the Technology industry.
