Primary Responsibilities:
Work with leadership to analyze business needs and prioritize all the potential automation opportunities
Gain a deep understanding of the Provider healthcare market to truly understand the client needs
Develop new automations for the high impact work based on the priorities
Design automation approaches with the long-term architecture in mind
Coordinate with offshore developers and lead the development
Maintain existing automations at a high bot utilization rate
Help with migrating the maintenance of automation infrastructure to Provider Engineering
Reduce the ongoing manual maintenance of bots by continuously improving the code or operations processes
Build out consolidated operational and business facing reporting around all the work the automations are delivering

Required qualifications:
2+ years of software engineering experience including requirement analysis and problem solving, communication with business partners, unit testing
1+ year of experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
1+ years of experience working with Windows virtual machines

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The Salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The Salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
