If you are located in Phoenix, Arizona, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve software
- Translate product concepts into project commitments (features, user stories, etc.) that deliver incremental value to our customers frequently and with high quality Coach, teach, and guide other software engineers and associates on delivery, solutions, and technology
- Coordination, code review, etc.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of coding experience with one or more of the follow languages Java, relational database (Oracle/Postgres), and with a willingness and ability to learn new ones
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile scrum or Kanban teams
- Experience with Microservice architecture
- Knowledge in and understanding og engineering fundamentals including analysis, problem solving, stepwise refinement, unit testing, agile and DevOps

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience Spring Boot, Micro Services, Jenkins, Gherkin, Cucumber, Apache Spark, Streaming (fx. Kafka), Drools
- Experience working with continuous integration / continuous delivery tools
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
- Health care industry experience
- Ability to work with SQL Server
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
- Availability and willingness to go into office 3-4 times per week
