Lead data analysis projects for HouseCalls from initial requirement gathering to final analysis delivery
Consult with business partners to understand their analytical needs and create actionable reporting/analytics; digging into business processes and data as needed, to ensure a full understanding of results is understood
Create complex, actionable, advanced prototype dashboards using SQL and Excel
Serve as SME/ Lead and set strategic direction concerning metrics and fields needed for our self-service environment

5+ years of experience consulting with business stakeholders and senior leaders determining their analytics needs and goals
5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders and hands on experience creating reporting and analysis
2+ years of experience with either SQL, SAS, PYTHON, R programming and/or data manipulation
Proven data presentation skills using but not limited to Excel, Tableau, and/ or Domo
Advanced Excel skills including but not limited to VBA and Functions
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Health Administration
Ability to effectively break down barriers to maintain progress on initiatives
Diplomatic with solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrate strategic thinking by using appropriate information to diagnose problems, identify possible solutions and collaborate with impacted groups to drive decisions
Demonstrate an attitude of walking in the shoes of the members we serve to ensure our solutions are developed to meet their needs and provide true value

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary/hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
