Work with the Product Management and relevant business stakeholders in understanding key business and product requirements and lead effort in collaborating within Care Transition Platform (CTP) Teams in solution and design to satisfy those requirements
Provide high level effort estimate for such solution
Provide guidance of platform and systems level architecture design and decisions of business features requested by business stakeholders
Participating in enterprise architecture discussion for establishing a unified, consistent architecture framework and patterns that are aligned to the business goals and objectives
Work with engineering teams to define high level implementation approaches to the target designs or solutions to ensure most efficient and effective approach to the goal, balancing quality, and effort
Guide and lead the CTP SAAS production cloud migration from on-premises based and apply development and deployment process with containerization technologies
Participate in enterprise level technology discussion, assess, and evaluate new and emerging technologies (software, tools, etc.) to keep the engineering stay competitive and at the forefront of technical innovation
Use your technical skills and business acumen and judge between the technologies, design, and the need of the business
Use your experience in designing and solutioning enterprise level SaaS platform; be comfortable working in an agile, fast paced environment, and help solve complex problems with elegance in simplicity

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
5+ year of experience designing and building Enterprise-class SaaS products
4+ years of experience using technologies like Java, Spring, and Web/RESTful services
2+ years of hands-on development experience using web and cloud technologies and tools
2+ years hands-on experience working on container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Oracle, or SQL Server, KAFKA, or MongoDB
Experience in the areas of multithreading, scalability, and application of design patterns supporting high availability services
Experience with leading frontend technologies (Angular.js, Node.js, Bootstrap, React)
Practical experience implementing micro services pattern
Experience with cloud platforms like either Azure or AWS
Experience in the Healthcare Industry
Good multi-tasking skill and able to work through multiple priorities
Excellent time management and communication skills and ability to work independently
