The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and application of digital solutions across the client's customer and processing platforms. They will lead projects to improve the performance of relevant systems and instil best practice for customers, and further review up-and-coming technologies and their utilisation within the business.
Responsibilities
- Design end to end solutions, gathering the relevant requirements and delegating tasks
- Work closely with the project team and provide technical training where required
- Keep track of each project working within the estimated timeframe
- Keep senior line managers as well as customers updated and informed on project progress
Qualifications
- 5+ years' of relevant experience in similar roles
- Advanced knowledge of leading a team and IT projects
- Strong communication and change management skills
- Experience in Microsoft tech stack and cloud services
