As a Software Engineer here at Netcall, youll work with the latest versions of C# and Vue.js to create Real Time solutions for our customers, including our call and message handling systems, Chatbot engines and AI.
Youll love problem solving and coding, it will form a large part of the role. Youll be exposed to the entire software development lifecycle, working on the specification, design, coding, testing, and deployment of our contact centre and voice solutions within a cloud environment.

The nature of providing real-time communication and management information means performance, reliability, scalability, and transparency are the development principles the team lives by.
Our contact centre solution is a vital part of our wider CX toolset and we are looking for an experienced full stack software engineer, ideally with cloud experience, to help us build our next generation SaaS platform.
The product provides customer service and sales teams with the ability to engage with customers in real-time, 24/7, across many channels from traditional phone calls through to Instagram DMs, whilst also providing managers with real-time insights and connectivity to other enterprise platforms needed to run an efficient contact centre operation.
What will you be doing?
Designing, developing and delivering new features across our customer engagement solutions
Take collective ownership for the quality and security of all outputs generated by the development team
Work closely with the Product Owner to bring product vision to life
Be the point of contact for technical issues related to the overall solution and design
Help drive our Cloud Native Transition

About You
Youll have strong working knowledge of C# and Vue.js
Ideally youll have some knowledge of Cloud Based systems such as AWS or Azureknowing how these services work, if and how we adapt our software for online access and how to leverage them to provide a great service to our customers.
Youll ideally have experience in developing real-time systems incorporating live data and multitenant software where many users are running at the same time understanding the challenges and opportunities that come with this.
