Integrations Senior Analyst | HYBRID LONDON | Up to 80,000
We are incredibly excited to be partnered with a Global reinsurance company who are looking for a Mulesoft analyst to help play a pivotal role in their technical team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of MuleSoft applications and integrations and will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to enhance system performance and user experience
You will be joining a diverse, cross functional team who all share a passion and obsession for all things tech.
Day to Day Work:
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by end-users, including API errors, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks.
- Analyze logs, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions related to MuleSoft applications, APIs, and integrations.
- Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support cases, resolutions, and best practices.
- Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to address complex issues and Support development in resolving system defects
Ideally you will have:
- 5 years MuleSoft experience with at least one MuleSoft implementation project
- Network skills (Various protocols, SFTP, TLS)
- Security skill (controls/framework)
- CI/CD pipeline configuration/management
- MuleSoft integrations, AnyPoint Platform, Cloudhub 2.0
- DevOps tools (Postman, GitHub, Artifactory, Snyk)
- Experience with MuleSoft connectors, flows, Error handling, security policies and transformations.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, HTTP request/response patterns and other integration protocols
