Requirements:

- – Knowledge of Vlocity Digital Commerce, Dataroma, LWC and Experience Cloud.
Job Description:
- Prodapt Solutions is looking to expand our Salesforce Industries practice team by hiring talented and enthusiastic Media Industry Technical Architects.
- Our goal is to deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems in the DSP DSPs (Digital Service Provides / Media) industry. We are looking for industry experts who are passionate about digital transformation of DSPs. Our Technical Architects will become deep product experts with Salesforce Industries Media Industry Cloud application. You will provide guidance on application and integration development best practices as well as technical product assistance implementing Salesforce Industries Media industry solution.
- You’ll engage with the customer and review key artifacts to keep programs on track and ensure the delivered solutions remain extendable and maintainable going forward.
- Responsibilities
- – You will be responsible for ensuring our customers deploy a solution that is fast to market, highly performant and scalable, and allows them to realize the overall business objectives of their digital transformation program
- – You will maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of the industry vertical, and continually undergo the most vigorous product training and certification.
- – Effective in working with customers, including business executives, business analysts, and IT development staff
- – Effective in understanding business needs and distilling the information into technical requirements
- – Comfortable working with complex business requirements and translating into the design of Salesforce Industries Media industry solution
- – A collaborative and empathetic relationship with the business stakeholders will be central to your role.

- – This role will require travel to customer locations.
- Experience
- – Experience within the Media & Entertainment space including one or more sectors involving studios, broadcasters, publishers, agencies, sports & entertainment, and business information.
- – Good knowledge of consumer marketing, ad sales and customer service processes specific to the Media & Entertainment industry
- – You will have a proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM including CPQ & OM implementations for DSP clients
- – Experience in developing technology solutions in Salesforce(mandatory) and in Salesforce Industries Media & media vertical(good to have)
- – You’ll be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager make an impact
- – You’ll have excellent communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and internal team members
- – You’ll have the vision to help us grow the practice globally

- – SFI Certified Media CPQ Developer I (Preferred)
- – SFI Certified Media OM Developer I (Preferred)
