Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. Primary Responsibility:
- This Position will be working on developing and supporting the business management site for Customer communications management platform initiative. Optum Rx CCM team is a quickly growing team of experts in communications management that is changing the way patients interact with the organization by unifying all patient outreaches into a seamless platform. This initiative blurs the lines between business decisions and IT involvement to better streamline the conversation between patient and healthcare providers in general
PROJECT: Our portal development for the ORx CCM application allows the business to get a better understanding of the consumer conversations that are occurring and allow our business to react to the ever-changing needs of the member.
What does the team structure look like? 15 development resources, scrum masters.

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Visual Basic, C#, and MSSQL
- 4+ years of experience in ASP.Net, LINQ and MVC design principals
- 4+ years of experience in Action method as in View Result, JavaScript Result, Redirect Result, JSON Result and Content Result
- 4+ years of experience in Scaffolding Templates as in Create, Delete, Details, Edit, and List
- 4+ years of experience with IIS practices as in Authentication, Web Application Isolation, Pool Identities, and Configuration 4+ years of experience with IIS practices as in Authentication, Web Application Isolation, Pool Identities, and Configuration
- 2+ years of experience with multitenancy portals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of View, Partial View, Tables and Modals in MVC
- Knowledge of Passing multiple DataSets
- Knowledge of Entity Framework
- knowledge of Temp data, View data, and View Bag
- Knowledge of Minification
- Familiarity with client side frameworks
- Familiarity with Azure Web Apps
- Familiarity with database design, indexes, and data integrity
- Familiarity with solution design and upgrade deployment
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and jQuery
- Background in Healthcare
- Background in CCM and or CXM methodologies

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
